Grading Method -  In contrast to the current GPA/ CGPA with Previous Division/ Class: (1) In the case of SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent exam results- GPA 3.00 or higher  ↠ First division GPA below 2.00 to 3.00  ↠ Second division (2) In the case of CGPA given by the affiliated university-   CGPA CGPA ↠ Equivalent  4.00 points scale  OR 5.00 points scale ↠ Class/ Division 3.00 or higher  3.75 or higher  ↠ First Division/ Class 2.25 or higher but less than 3.00 2.813 or higher but less than 3.75 ↠ Second Division/ Class *** NOTE: Equivalence Certificate issued by the concerned Board of Education in case of passing 'O' Level & 'A' Level and equivalent Certificate issued by the concerned University / University Grants Commission in case of obtaining degree from foreign University.
