The Bank is recruiting a few young, energetic and self-motivated citizens of Bangladesh as TRAINEE OFFICER. To apply for the position, the candidates require to fulfill the following criteria.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 
The aspiring candidate must have post-graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum GPA 4.00 in SSC and HSC and minimum CGPA 2.80 in either Graduation or Post-Graduation level with CGPA 3.00 in any of these levels. In the traditional system of academic result, the candidates should have minimum 3 (three) First Divisions/Classes and no 3rd Division/Class.

COMPETENCIES 
The aspiring candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications. AGE Age not over 30 years as on July 31, 2019 and maximum 32 years for the children of freedom fighters.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE 
The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with present monthly consolidated salary of Tk.38,000/- for the 1" year and Tk.43,000/- for the 2. year. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will be absorbed in the position of "Officer" with a monthly salary of Tk. 50,000/- with other benefits. The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions.
