Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL) is a Public Limited Company engaged in Power Generation, invites application from competent citizen of Bangladesh for appointment to the following post:

Executive Director (Finance & Accounts)
Basic Salary: Tk 1,49,000.00 & other benefits as per Company Service Rules
Age: Maximum 60 (sixty) years
Post: 01 (one)
Requirements
(a) At least Master Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting/ MBA from any recognized university.
(b) No third division/ Class at any stage of the academic career shall be acceptable. Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a GPA/ CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 5.0 and GPA/CGPA 2.5 on a scale of 4.0.
(c) At least 05 (five) years experience in the position not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent in the relevant field.
(d) At least 20 (twenty) years of work experience in the relevant field of which 05 (five) years in generation/transmission/distribution utilities.

03. Age would be calculated on 19.11.2019. For departmental candidates age limit will be relaxed.
04. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge in Government financial rules & regulations, PPA, PPR, Company Act, General Accounting Procedure, Project Financing etc.
05. Candidates must demonstrate strong participatory leadership ability.
06. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge in TPM, TQM, Preventive Maintenance and Corporate Governance.
07. Candidates must have strong communication skill in Bengali & English (written & oral) including working experience using computer.
08. Candidates employed in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization or Power Sector utilities shall apply through proper channel.
09. If any fake declaration is found at any stage of screening process, the authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the applicant.
