3. AMD/CAO

* 07 Years in Life insurance + 02 Years as Head of HR

4. Head of Division (VP and above level)

(Finance/ Accounting- investment Division, Insurance Operations (customer Services) Division, Business Development and Marketing Division, IT and internal Coordination Division, HR, Admin and Sy Division)

* MBA/Master Degree in commerce Concerned Field

* 05 Year in Lite insurance + Minimum One Year as Head of Concerned Division
