To support this aim, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with the ability to oversee the provision of a wide range of operational services to Brac University Campuses including transportation, safety and security, catering, accommodation support services, facilities management and other auxiliary services for Brac University. You will oversee a facilities management team responsible for the development of a long range capital improvement plan and implementation of planned maintenance at the Brac University campuses. You will also establish international best practice, safety and security standards at education and accommodation facilities, and deliver transportation services to students and employees.
You will have the ability to provide strong and inspiring leadership to manage and motivate staff, and to act as an effective member of a team and demonstrate the ability to engage beyond departmental boundaries.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be
beneficial.
