Branch Manager (AVP/SAVP/VP/SVP/EVP/SEVP)
(Required for Dhaka City/Dhaka Adjacent/ Chattogram/ Chattogram Adjacent /Khuina/ Mymensingh/ Rajshahi/ Rangpur Region -Applicants must apply for only one Region)
Educational/Professional Requirement:
Must have four years’ graduation degree in any discipline (preferably in business background) from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class or equivalent CGPA in any examination.
** Should have at least 10 years of experience in any scheduled commercial bank.
** At least 3 years’ experience as Manager.
** Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade.
VP /SVP (General & Common Service Division)
Educational/Professional Requirement:
Must have four years’ graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class.
** Retired Army Personnel (Not Above Major Rank) who have experience in procurement & logistics support area.
** Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
** Must have leadership, negotiation, analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
AVP/SAVP/VP/SVP (Law & Recovery Division)
Educational/Professional Requirement:
Must have four years’ graduation degree in any discipline (Preferably LLB) from any reputed university having no 3rd division/class.
** Should have at least 18 years of experience in any scheduled commercial bank.
** Recovery of new non-performing assets
** Extensive travelling including outstation to attend court cases, property inspection/valuations and recovery visits
** Comply with legal requirements, internal policies and regulatory guidelines of the bank and other regulatory bodies
** Follow up and rectify documentation lapses of pre-legal category accounts by identifying documentation shortcomings
Common Requirements:
** Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
** Must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
** Age should not exceed 50 years as on 20.11.2019.
