by receiving a certificate from 'City & Guilds' (an international certification body)

Under the curriculum and certification of 'City & Guilds', a UK based international certification body and with the support of Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) Project in the following Technical Training Centers (TTCs) under the Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training BEMT in support of the project in various courses (30 seats in each course) Training is being provided, at full government cost.
