Job Title: Sales Executive- Credit Card & Personal Loan Division
Core Responsibilities:
⇰ Ability to sell consumer products mainly, all sort of credit cards and personal loan
⇰ Managing sales matrix along with finding potential customers
⇰ Co-ordinate with line manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report
Qualification and other competencies:
⇰ Graduate preferably in Business Studies/ BBA/ MBA/ MBM or Economics
⇰ 6 months experience in similar exposure will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
⇰ Candidates with personal motorbike will be preferred
⇰ Good communication and inter-personal skills
⇰ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
Job location: Dhaka
Compensation & Benefits:
⇰ Minimum gross salary BDT 12,000 (higher if have similar experience)
⇰ Uncapped incentives/ commission plan based on performance.
⇰ Two festival bonuses
⇰ Other admissible benefits as per company policy
