We are Marks & Spencer (M&S)- one of UK’s largest fashion retailers on the London Stock Exchange.
We are searching for the right talent as a Garment Manager to be a part of a winning team at our Sourcing Office at Bangladesh.

Garment Manager
Job Responsibilities:
➽ Communicate with customers and designers and provide technical aspects on garments.
➽ Indicate sewing instruction on new styles.
➽ Attend fit sessions with and get feedback from customers.
➽ Understand size and shape of models and how differences may affect fit.
➽ Check fitting, pattern, measurement, sewing workmanship with pattern maker, sewing room and other relevant colleagues.
➽ Ensure garments are correctly constructed and meet customer requirements and brand quality standards.
➽ Analyze potential risk on each style from development stage and resolve before bulk production.
➽ Solve problems and inquiries regarding garment fitting and technical issues.
➽ Visit factories to access process procedures methods and ensure quality matches the business needs.
➽ Minimum of 7 years' experience in lingerie garment manufacturing.
➽ Self-Motivated, Proactive, Flexible approach to working hours, Good communicator, Good spoken English.
➽ Understanding of pattern and pattern alterations, garment fitting and comments, stitching, bonding and molding.
➽ Familiar with all facets of lingerie production and quality standard requirements.
➽ Previous experience of working offshore would be a distinct advantage.
