SENIOR MANAGER - LEAN MANAGEMENT
Education:
Graduate/ MBA/ Diploma/ Production Management.
Experience:
Minimum 05 to 10 Years’ Experience in related field
Job Description:
- Implementing Lean business system
- Lead organizational transformation as a change advocate
- Set strategy for organization wide Six Sigma Methodology implementation
- Drive strategic process improvement portfolio to achieve business goals thru competitive advantage
- Work with executive leadership to select & prioritize projects
- Improve Productivity Quality, safety and delivery
- Coach & mentor Green & Yellow Belts to complete projects in timely manner
- Train personnel from executive & associate card on Six Sigma tools & techniques
- Translate Six Sigma concepts into practice
- Follow-up CAPEX projects to meet the deadline
- Work measurement & Method study of all business processes
- Any other task provided by the Management
Other Requirements:
Knowledge about Cost analysis, Project Planning, Budget & Budgetary Control, Effective customer dealing & communication skill, LEAN black belt certification will be added as advantage.
