Want to be a part of Management Trainee/Probationary Officer program? You have to meet the following criteria:
Academic Requirements:
• MBA/ MBM/ Masters degree with 04 years Honors in any discipline from any public or private university approved by UGC
• B.Sc. Engineering from any public or private university approved by UGC
• CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent in graduation & Post Graduation. GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum "B" in "O" & "A" levels
• B.Sc. Engineering from any public or private university approved by UGC
• CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent in graduation & Post Graduation. GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum "B" in "O" & "A" levels
Additional Requirements:
• Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office Platforms
• Effective Written & Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English
• Age not over 30 years as of 31 January 2021
• Courageous to work anywhere in the country

Remuneration Package & Career Plan:
• Management Trainee/ Probationary Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk. 50,000/- Tk. 40,000/- along with other admissible benefits within rules
• Management Trainee/ Probationary Officer will be absorbed as First Executive Officer/Officer (General) in the regular payroll of the Bank on satisfactory completion of one (1) year Probation Period
