Sadharan Bima Corporation
Sadharan Bima Corporation (General Insurance Corporation) is a state-owned enterprise under the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (https://fid.gov.bd/). The Insurance Corporation Act-2019, which has been enacted at present, has a provision to take all types of insurance policies from the general insurance corporation only in favor of government property. According to the Insurance Corporation Act-2019, the explanation regarding government property or public property is quoted below:
