*BRAC is the largest non-governmental development organization in the world which has been working on sustainable poverty alleviation since 1972 through the implementation of socio-economic programs. BRAC Microfinance is providing savings and microfinance services to more than 65 lakh households in 2,500 branches across the country with around 26,000 employees to help improve the lives and livelihoods of marginalized people.
⇨ Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the following positions in the BRAC Microfinance Program:
Position & No. of Vacancies:
01 *Junior Apprentice Officer (Claim)
02 *Program Organizer (Claim)
01 *Junior Apprentice Officer (Claim)
Junior Apprentice Officer will successfully complete one year and six months of apprenticeship and will be the Assistant Branch Manager.
Educational Qualifications:
Must have minimum 2nd class or equivalent GPA 2.00 in all examinations with Post-Graduation in academic life.
Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with 01 year experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management in Pharmaceutical Companies, NGOs, Microfinance and other financial institutions.
Monthly Salary- Tk. 22,000
02 *Program Organiser (Claim)
Program Organizer will select the potential poor and low income women through field-survey and distribute the loans in groups, collect the loan installments and savings on time and ensure customer service as soon as possible.
Educational Qualifications:
One 3rd class or equivalent GPA is acceptable but other all examinations must have minimum 2nd class or equivalent GPA 2.00 with Graduation in academic life.
Workplace- BRAC Field Office
Monthly Salary- Tk. 18,000
