UCEP Bangladesh
*Established in 1972, with the motto ‘Help to Learn, Skills to Earn', UCEP Bangladesh is a non-governmental organization, which provides Second Chance Education for out-of-school children and Decent Work to youth through Technical Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and Skill Development. it has a special focus on social inclusion and therefore gives priority to female, person with disability, occupational and ethnic youth, and children from the poor and disadvantaged families. Currently, we are seeking applications from highly qualified Bangladeshi nationals to lead our Social Development Program (SDP) in the capacity of Executive Director. In short, s/he would be responsible to:
* Plan, organize and direct organization's SDP operations and programs.
* Communicate organization's strategic vision relating to SDP programs in a clear, engaging and exciting way to stakeholders and act as the interface between internal operations and external stakeholders.
* Undertake necessary and timely preparations for diversifications of UCEP Bangladesh's scope of SDP operations in the context of contemporary realities like LDC Graduation of Bangladesh, Fourth Industrial Revolution, post Covid-19 reality etc.
* Align UCEP Bangladesh's strategic interests so that the organizational interests are duly reflected in the relevant country papers, policies like aligning with National Skill Development Policy, Bangladesh Vision 2041, Education Policy etc. as well as organizational activities are programmed accordingly.
