Currently Bangladesh Red Crescent Society is looking for a suitable Bangladeshi national for the following Position under Population Movement Operation (PMO), Cox’s Bazar:
Position Title:
Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPsS) Facilitator
Reportable to:
- The position will administratively report to the BORCS Primary Health Care (PHC) officer.
- The position will technically report to the BDRCS PSS Officer (Focal Point) at PMO
Based in:
BORCS Primary Health Centre, FDMN Camps, Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar,
Service status:
BORCS project-based contract (SRC funded project).
No. of position:
04 (Four)
Duration:
Until 31/03/2022 (Possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds)
Salary:
Max. 35,000/= BD Taka gross per month
Age limit:
40 years (Age limit will be relaxed in case of potential candidate)
Qualification required:
- Minimum Graduate in psychology/counselling psychology/social works/behavioural sciences.
- Experience in Psychological First Aid activities in a camp setting
- Experience in basic/ lay counselling (individual or group) especially with adults
- MHPSS trainings and experience can be also considered if they are from different background.
Skills required:
- Minimum one year of experience in similar position with National or International NGOs
- Training and facilitation skills
