Position & No. of Vacancies:
Credit Operation and Marketing Department
i) Principal Officer (Bangladesh Bank Reporting)
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience in regulatory reporting section of any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 36 years.
ii) Officer (Credit Operation and Marketing)
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in Credit Operation and Marketing Department of any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 32 years.
SME, Green Banking & Woman Entrepreneur Section
i) Assistant Officer
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in SME, Green Banking & Women Entrepreneur Section of any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 30 years.
Monitoring & Recovery Wing
i) Officer
Qualification : Masters in any discipline.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field in any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 32 years.
ii) Assistant Officer
Qualification : Masters in any discipline.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field in any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 30 years.
Legal Wing
i) Sr. Principal Officer/ Principal Officer
Qualification : Masters in Law (LLB/LLM)
Experience : Minimum 7 years of working experience in Legal Wing/Unit of any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 40 years.
ii) Officer
Qualification : Masters in Law (LLB/LLM)
Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in Legal Wing/Unit of any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 32 years.
Finance & Accounts Department
i) Principal Officer
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance & Account Department of any Commercial Bank or NBFI. ACA/FCA will get preference.
Age limit : Maximum 36 years.
Credit Risk Management Unit
i) Sr. Officer/Officer
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field in any Commercial Bank or NBFI
Age limit : Maximum 32 years.
Credit Administration and Documentation Unit
i) Officer/Assistant Officer
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field in any Commercial Bank or NBFI
Age limit : Maximum 30 years.
Internal Control and Compliance (ICC) Unit
i) Assistant Vice President/ Sr. Principal Officer
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 7 years of working experience in ICC unit of any Commercial Bank or NBFI, ACA/FCA will get preference.
Age limit : Maximum 40 years.
Requirement for Branch Office
i) Principal Officer (Manager for Barishal Branch)
Qualification : Masters in any discipline.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience in Branch Level Operation in any Commercial Bank or NBFI,
Age limit : Maximum 36 years.
ii) Assistant Officer (Brahmanbaria Branch)
Qualification : Masters in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or Management
Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Branch Level Operation in any Commercial Bank or NBFI.
Age limit : Maximum 30 years.

* Persons with higher qualification and/or experience shall get preference.
* Strong ICT background and communication skills in Bangla and English will be required for all the above positions.
* Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
