The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) hereby publishes the draft "Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Capital Market Shari'ah Advisory Council) Rules, 2022" under section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (Ordinance No. XVII of 1969) for eliciting public opinion, etc.
