MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO
Union Capital Limited a leading Non-Banking Financial Institution is searching for a qualified and experienced professional for its position of Managing Director & CEO.
The position calls for a dedicated professional with leadership abilities, dynamism and a vision to take the company forward. Eligible candidate will be expected to meet the company's high operating standards, commitment to transparency, accountability and good governance.
The deserving candidate should have clear and profound knowledge in capital raising/injection through different means, inclusion of strategic partners, company restructuring process, negotiating with stakeholders and should have the eagerness to take up challenges for founding the company as one of the top ranking financial institutions of the country.
Candidate having experience/knowledge in capital market operation and clear understanding and well conversant with the securities laws, rules and regulations will be preferred.
The Candidate should have at least 15 (fifteen) years of working experience in Bank or Financial Institution out of which 02 (two years in the 2nd position i.e. in the position of immediate earlier position to the Managing Director.
