Applications are being invited from qualified candidates for appointment to the following posts on regular salary scale and payable and other allowances as per rules and procedures.

**Applications are invited for the following posts in the Olo the CEPI, Kolkata Branch, purely on contractual basis. 

Position & No. of Vacancies: 

01) Supervisor: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria. 

**Must be a retired Revenue Officer/Tahsildar from the concerned State where he is supposed to work. He must have knowledge of Land Laws of the State.

**The maximum age shall be 62 years as on 01.04.2018

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- p.m.(consolidated) 

02) Surveyor: 22 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a retired Revenue Officer Tehsildar from the concerned State where he is supposed to work. He must have knowledge of Land Laws of

the State 

• The maximum age shall be 62 years as on 01.04.2018. 

• Remuneration: Rs. 15,000/- p.m./consolidated) 

03) Data Entry Operator: 01 Post 

• Eligibility Criteria: 

**Must be a graduate or equivalent with good knowledge of English

language. 

**Must be proficient in computer operations with typing speed of 30 words per minute and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc. with the requisite certificate. 

• The minimum age shall be 20 years as on 01.04.2018.

Remuneration: Rs. 15,000/- p.m. (consolidated) 

04) Multi Tasking Staff: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria 

**Must possess a minimum educational qualification of Matric (10 Pass) . 

**The minimum age shall be 18 years as on 01.04.2018,

**Remuneration : Rs.10,000/- p.m.(consolidated) 

Terms & Conditions:

1. The above stated posts are purely on contractual basis for a maximum period

up-to 31.03.2020 

2. Only short listed candidates will be called for an interview. 

3. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview. 

4 No claim for extension or regular appointment to the post will be entertained

under any circumstances whatsoever. 

5. The engagement can be terminated without any notice. 

6. The candidate should be a citizen of India. He will be hired after Palice

verification Medical test. 

7. No other allowances payable by the Central or State Government to its employees shall be admissible. Taxes applicable shall be deducted from the payment. In case of field work, traveling allowances as prescribed shall be given 

8. The key duties responsibilities shall be to assist the Custodian of Enemy

Property for India (CEPIY Deputy Custodian of Enemy Property (DCEP Assistant Custodian of Enemy Property (ACEP) in discharge of their statutory functions under the Enemy Property Act, 1968 as amended by the Enemy Property (Amendment and validation) Act, 2017 as assigned by them from time to time. 

9. He may be required to work in such area of India as is assigned to him from

from time to time.
