*The firm will fill its following vacant post urgently.

Position & No. of Vacancies: 

Head of Learning & Development- 01

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Organizational Development and Learning function across the organization.

• Formulate and lead Learning & Development Strategies, Plans and Policies.

• Managing the formulation and implementation of plans and strategies by maximizing the

resources.

• Contracting with external partners as and when required to deliver on agreed plans and measure improvements on a timely manner.

• Managing implementation of learning & development against agreed timelines, budgets and reporting against agreed performance measures.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HRM & PGDHRM will be preferred

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

• Min 8-10 year(s) experience in Learning & Development with renowned organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent inter-personal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to use a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

karnaphuli EPZ (KEPZ), Chattogram
