The incumbent will join the marketing team and will be a part of the country leadership team of Unilever Bangladesh Limited.

The responsibilities include:

• Develop the marketing strategy in line with corporate targets.

• Guide in crafting branding plan which identifies & defines the current and future positioning of the portfolio.

• Develop the communications relating to the brands and offers.

• Effective use of PR to build brand awareness in the relevant channels.

• Develop the digital marketing strategy including analytics and user experience.

• Monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth.

• Craft right mixes to increase the versatility and profitability of the portfolio.

• Analyse current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost-effective manner.

• Develop existing processes to maximize efficiency, improve return on investment, increase use of technology and continuously improve the services provided to our customers.

• Drive sustainability through efficient packaging design and formulation.

• Work with Customer Development team to identify programs that generate incremental sales and/or profit.

• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain to identify and develop productivity initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 17+ years of experience in FMCG industry.

• Graduate.

• Successful track record in senior marketing role.

• Experienced in FMCG and consumer brand management.

• Experienced in market development.

• Candidates with international exposure in marketing will be preferred.
