1. Additional Managing Director
Age: Maximum 64 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 21 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as DMD or equivalent rank.
2. Deputy Managing Director
Age: Maximum 63 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 20 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as SEVP or equivalent rank.
3. Senior Executive Vice President
Age: Maximum 55 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 18 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as EVP or equivalent rank.
4. Executive Vice President (Head of Zone/ Manager)
Age: Maximum 55 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 18 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as SVP or equivalent rank.
5. Senior Vice President
Age: Maximum 52 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 16 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Vice President or equivalent rank.
6. Senior Vice President/ Vice President (Public Relations Officer)
Age: Maximum 52 years for the post of Senior Vice President and 50 years for the post of Vice President as on 31.05.2023
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is Masters/Equivalent/04 years Graduation from any reputed university preferably in Mass Communication/Journalism.
Banking experience:
i) Minimum 16 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Vice President or equivalent rank.
ii) Minimum 14 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Senior Assistant Vice President or equivalent rank.
Other experience: Must have proven experience and in-depth knowledge in mass communication, holding responsibility of press, publications and other media functions, ability to independently carry out public relations activities of the bank, arrange/prepare meeting, appointments, report writing, press release, press report, promotional advertisements of banking services & products and to deal with press/media.
7. Vice President
Age: Maximum 50 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 14 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Senior Assistant Vice President or equivalent rank.
8. Senior Assistant Vice President
Age: Maximum 45 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 13 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Assistant Vice President or equivalent rank.
9. Assistant Vice President
Age: Maximum 45 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 12 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as First Assistant Vice President or equivalent rank.
10. First Assistant Vice President
Age: Maximum 42 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 10 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Senior Principal Officer or equivalent rank.
11. Senior Principal Officer
Age: Maximum 42 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 8 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Principal Officer or equivalent rank.
12. Principal Officer
Age: Maximum 40 years as on 31.05.2023
Banking experience: Minimum 6 years experience as Officer in any reputed commercial bank including at least 02 years as Senior Officer or equivalent rank.

Educational Qualification for all posts (excluding SI No.06):
Minimum qualification is Masters/Equivalent/04 years Graduation from any reputed university having sound track record in academic feat. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any examinations need not apply.
Salary & Allowances:
Selected candidates will be eligible for the bank's regular scale of pay as admissible in the post.
Other Requirements
⚫ Candidates are expected to apply through proper channel.

⚫ Candidates must not apply for more than one post.
⚫ Selected candidates shall have to execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 03 (three) years.
Selection Procedures
⚫ Only short listed candidates will be called for appearing at the Written Examination/Viva-Voce.
