CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
• Leadership and Strategy: Providing strategic direction and vision for the company and developing and implementing long-term business strategies and goals. Leading and inspiring the management team and employees to achieve objectives.
• Financial Management: Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ensuring the company's financial health and sustainable growth.
• Operational Oversight: Monitoring operational performance and ensuring efficient and effective execution. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. Establishing effective risk management and internal control systems.
• Culture and Talent Development: Nurturing a positive organizational culture and values. Attracting, retaining, and developing top talents.
• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Having a minimum of 20 (twenty) years of working experience in any financial institution(s) or bank(s). In addition to that 2 (two) years of continuous working experience in the immediate previous rank of Managing Director & CEO i.e. AMD/DMD in any financial institution(s)/Bank(s). The candidate is expected to be within 50 years. The criteria may be relaxed for the competent candidate.
A candidate who has obtained a Master's degree from any reputed university with a good academic result. Having Master's in Economics/Finance & Banking/Business Administration/relevant overseas degree and work experience will be considered as an added advantage.
Other Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills, Strong Leadership Skills, Strategic Thinking, Strong Communication and Influencing Skills, Financial Acumen, etc.
