Handwritten applications are being invited from Bangladeshi citizens with the mentioned qualifications against the mentioned posts subject to the following conditions for the direct recruitment of manpower to the following vacant posts in the District and Sessions Judge Court, Chittagong.
====01.) Typist-cum-Computer Operator- 04

*Educational qualification
(a) Graduation or equivalent degree with minimum second class or equivalent in CGPA from any recognized university.
(b) Transcripts and computer course certificates must be obtained from government approved institutions.
(c) The transcription speed must be 80 words per minute in English and 50 words in Bengali.
(d) Computer typing speed must be 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali.
02.) Sat- Mudraksharik-cum-Computer Operator- 03
*10200-24680/- *National Pay Scale 2015
*Educational Qualification
(a) Graduation or equivalent degree with minimum second class or equivalent in CGPA from any recognized university.
(b) Certificate of computer course should be obtained from government approved institution.
(c) Typing speed must be 70 words per minute in English and 45 words in Bengali per minute.
(d) Computer typing speed must be 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali.
Conditions:
1. (a) Name of candidate, (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother, (d) Permanent address, (e) Present Address, (f) Own District, (g) Date of Birth, (h) Age of Candidate as on 08/10/2023 AD, (j) Nationality, (j) National Identity Card Number, (k) Religion, (l) Educational qualification, (d) Experience (if any) to be mentioned.
2. The application form should reach the President, Appointment Selection Committee, Additional District and Sessions Judge, 8th Court Office, Chittagong by post or directly during office hours by 08/10/2023 AD. After the said date and time no application will be accepted.
3. Candidate age should be 18-30 years as on 08/10/2023 AD. However, if the candidate is the child of a freedom fighter/martyr, their age limit is relax-able up to 32 (thirty two) years. Children of freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters should submit the attested photocopy of freedom fighter certificate (duly signed and countersigned by the competent authority) of the freedom fighter father/mother along with the application form. In terms of age no affidavit will be accepted.
4. The following documents should be attached with the application form:
a. Attested copy of educational qualification certificate.
b. 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently attested by a gazetted officer of first class.
c. Character certificate issued by first class gazetted officer.
d. Attested copy of citizenship certificate issued by Mayor/Ward Commissioner/ Chairman of Union Parishad of local city corporation or municipality.
e. Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.
f. A return envelope of size 9.5 inches x 4.5 inches containing unused postage stamp of Tk.10 (Ten) with the name and address of the candidate.
g. Attested photocopies of certificates to prove eligibility for the mentioned post.
5. Job candidate must apply through proper authority.
6. 100/- (One Hundred) Taka for the examination fee should be deposited in Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank Limited through treasury challan code number 1-2141-0000-2031: Original copy of the challan should be attached with the application form.
7. Defective applications will be considered rejected.
8. Eligible candidates will undergo written, practical and oral tests. The date, time and venue of the written examination will be notified through the admit card will be
9. Candidates must produce original copies of educational qualification and all other certificates at the time of oral examination.
10. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the examination.
11. The name of the post and own district must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
12. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts advertised and to cancel this notification partially or completely.
13. Conventional recruitment rules/conventional freedom fighter quota including other quotas/other rules/orders and formalities of the Government regarding recruitment will be duly followed.
14. Seal with the name of the attesting officer should be used for attestation of photographs and necessary documents.
15. The decision of the authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
