Qualification: Master's in any discipline from a reputed public/private university. Preferably Marketing/Business studies.
Experience & Skills: Minimum 12 years of working experience in any financial institutions/ multinational company/ FMCG/ TELCO/ NGO and at least 5 years as Head of Department/ Team Leader/ NSM/ RM.
Job Description:
• To lead the Marketing Personnel of Ordinary Life Insurance Division/Gono Grameen Bima Division (Micro Insurance)
• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth
• Conceiving and executing marketing strategies
• Promotion of services and products
• Collaboration across different marketing teams to achieve target
• Formulate communication strategies

Age Limit: Not over 45 years (May be relaxed for highly experienced personnel). Salary: Negotiable
