Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in second class or equivalent CGPA.
Other Qualifications: Speed of words per minute in shorthand in Bengali and English 50 and 80 respectively, Speed of words per minute in computer typing 25 and 30 in Bengali and English respectively.
