*The firm will fill its following vacant posts urgently.
Applications are being invited from qualified genuine Bangladeshi nationals candidates for appointment to the following posts on regular salary scale and payable and other allowances as per rules and procedures.
* For the Mongla Cement Factory of the Sena Kalyan Sangstha/ Army Welfare Organization, manpower will be recruited in the following posts on an urgent basis:
Designation: Manager (Manufacturing / Mechanical)
Educational Qualifications and Experience-
1. 04 (four) years BSc Engineer (Mechanical) from reputed University.
2. At least 10 years practical experience in production / mechanical department in cement factory. However, less than 10 years of experience will also be considered subject to qualification.
3. 3-5 years experience in the position of Manager (Production and Mechanical) in Cement Production Factory.
4. Complete knowledge of operation and maintenance of all process equipment (gear box, ball mill, PLC system etc.) involved in cement production.
5. Preference will be given to those who have special training in cement production process.
6. Must have special knowledge about overhauling maintenance of various mechanical machinery including compressor, machinery with hydraulic system.
7. Have an idea about different process instruments and automation interlocking systems.
8. Must have knowledge about occupational safety and various compliance.
9. Must be proficient in management of raw materials used in cement production
Salary and Allowances- Salary and benefits are subject to SKS policy/ negotiation
