*BFIU will fill its following vacant posts urgently.
Applications are being invited from qualified genuine Bangladeshi nationals candidates for appointment to the following posts on regular salary scale and payable and other allowances as per rules and procedures.
Applications are invited from Bangladeshi nationals for the post of Chief Officer of Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) on the following qualifications and conditions.
(1) At least postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
(2) A minimum of 05 (five) years of experience in government financial or financial institution related activities and a maximum of 20 (twenty) years of experience in administrative activities; Or at least 20 (twenty) years of experience in Central Bank activities.
(3) Preference will be given to candidates with 03 (three) years of experience in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing activities.
(4) Preference will be given to candidates with satisfactory communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
(5) On 01 December 2021, the age of the applicant should be 62 (Sixty Two) years or less.
(6) Candidates should apply within the specified date mentioned in the notice and through the appropriate authority.
(6) Contract-based appointments shall be made for a specified period subject to the payment of salaries, allowances and other benefits prescribed by the Government. The term of service may be extended on the basis of satisfactory employment; However, if the age is over 65 (sixty five) years, it cannot be kept in this job.
(6) Only shortlisted candidates will be sent letters for interview for the purpose of final selection.
(9) Interested candidates should submit their CV, photocopy of Educational Qualification/ Professional Certificate, 02 (two) copies of passport size color photograph and detailed address of the application to the Appointments Committee.
