** The position calls for a dedicated professional with leadership abilities, dynamism and a vision to take the company forward. Eligible candidates will be expected to meet the company's high operating standards, commitment to transparency accountability and good governance.
The deserving candidate should have clear and profound knowledge in capital raising/injection through different means. inclusion of strategic partners, company restructuring process, negotiating with stakeholders and should have the eagerness to take up challenges for founding the company as one of the top ranking financial institutions of the country.
Candidates having experience/ knowledge in capital market operation and clear understanding and well conversant with the securities laws, rules and regulations will be preferred.
The Candidate should have a post graduate degree from a recognized university and working experience as Managing Director & CEO of a Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution or should have at least 20 (twenty) years of working experience in Bank or Financial Institution out of which 02 (two years in the 2nd position i.e. in the position of immediate earlier position to the Managing Director. Having a higher degree in Economics, Banking & Finance or Business Administration will be an added merit. Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF) is established by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) under the BSEC (Capital Market Stabilization Fund) Rules, 2021. As per the Rule, CMSF acts as a custodian of cash and stocks in favor of the investors as received by transferring unclaimed and undistributed cash/stock dividend, non-refunded public subscription money and un-allotted rights shares from the issuer of listed securities. Cash/stock deposited in the fund will be paid or settled on due claim by the shareholders or investors at any time.
The CMSF is looking for well-disciplined, smart, energetic, self-motivated, dynamic, experienced applicants in the Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) positions as mentioned from 1 to 2 below:
