People's Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFSL) is a Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) established under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993. It's we are looking for an experienced Managing Director to oversee business operations and provide Strategic leadership 

Position & No. of Vacancies: 

Position: Managing Director- 01 

General Responsibilities: 

1. Managing Director will provide hard efforts for developing strategies & business plan and implementing the plan towards functioning the company as well as he/she will be responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the company 

Eligibility: 

• MBA/M.Com (Finance & Banking Accounting/Marketing Economics or in any discipline from any reputed University with good academic result) with good proficiency in English and Financial Management. 

• At least 20 (twenty) years practical experiences in Bank or NBFI and 5 years experience as MD ICEO or DMD in Bank or NBFI. 

• Age not exceeding 60 years (age limit relaxation for special experiences) 

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans. 

Pay: Negotiable. 
The Candidate is required to place an Expected Remuneration package.
