Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL), a public-private partnership organization, is the market leader in developing and financing private sector infrastructure, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Bangladesh, IDCOL solicits applications for the positions mentioned below: 

1. Manager (Advisory Services): 1 Post 
A. Qualifications 
• Bachelors/Masters in Business/Economics or B.Sc. (EEE) with MBA, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; 
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of advisory / research, preferably in the consulting industry; 
• Proficient in using MS Office suite; 
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English along with ability to speak persuasively for presenting ideas clearly; 
• Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with stakeholders. 

B. Major Duties and Responsibilities 
• Prepare project proposals and bid documents. 
• Develop concept notes, research papers, policy briefs, and presentations. • Research & draft articles, write-ups, case studies, and project reports. 
• Support project team to oversee communications, logistics, operations
and finance during the project implementation phase. 
• Conduct meeting with stakeholders, facilitate partnerships, on-site visits, conduct surveys, update clients on progress and present deliverables. 
• Travel extensively within Bangladesh and abroad as per requirement of the project. 
• Ensure that projects are delivered timely, within scope and budget. 
• Leverage existing relationships and develop new contacts within the industry and related stakeholders.

2. Manager (Risk & Special Asset Management Department): 1 Post 
A. Qualifications 
• BBA/ MBA/ Master degree in Finance, Economics with minimum CGPA of 3.00; 
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; 
• Computer skills with expertise in Excel and Power-point; 
• Minimum 5 years' work experience in Credit Risk Management unit of bank/ financial institutions. 

B. Duties and Responsibilities 
• To conduct credit risk assessment of business proposals to identify risk and mitigation; 
• To develop/ update Credit Risk Management framework and policies, 
• To conduct periodic regulatory/ company reporting on the approved credit proposals; 
• To work as team player to implement the credit risk management policies in the organization; 
• To participate in field visit arranged as part of project due diligence; and 
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

3. Manager (RE Projects): 1 Post 
A. Qualifications 
• BBA/ MBA (Major in Finance) with minimum CGPA of 3.00; 
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; 
• Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet analysis; 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in Bank/Fls in corporate/ structured finance or similar business units. 

B. Major Duties and Responsibilities 
• Acquire potential clients for renewable energy projects; 
• Maintain close communication with clients and assist in fulfilling documentation requirements during approval & disbursement processes; 
• Visit potential project sites to conduct feasibility: 
• Participate in project appraisals including development of financial model for investment proposals; 
• Ensure achieving approval and disbursement targets; 
• Liaison with the project sponsors, equipment suppliers and other relevant parties; 
• Generate periodic and other reports required by development partners/ govt. agencies; 
• Any other works assigned from time to time.

4. Assistant Manager (Green Climate Fund): 1 Post 
A. Qualifications 
• B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Economics/ Development Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering having a minimum CGPA of 3.00 from a reputed university; 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in development contexts, preferably related to working with energy access and climate change; 
• Experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and verifying results of development-oriented finance programs, ideally across a range of market contexts; 
• Experience working on credit lines/grant facilities or other innovative financing facilities also desirable; 
• Experience in financial modeling will be an added advantage; 
• Strong written, communication and analytical skills in both Bengali and English; 
• Excellent communicator, able to synthesize and convey complex information clearly; 
• Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet analysis. 

B. Duties and Responsibilities 
• Managing a portfolio of climate change projects through all key activities in the project life-cycle including originating project ideas, defining scope and budget of projects, preparing for project approvals from GCF, contracting, implementation, and monitoring; 
• Conducting economic and financial due diligence of projects; Preparing feasibility report, information memorandum, financial model, agenda papers; 
• Working collaboratively with external stakeholders (government bodies, development partners, private sector, consultants etc.) and manage stakeholder relationships effectively; 
• Assisting in drafting and completing required project reports, analysis, evaluations, and other documentations; 
• Supporting smooth operation of the unit and ongoing projects by coordinating and managing with other internal units.

A. Qualifications 
• Bachelors/Masters in Business/Economics or B.Sc. (EEE) with MBA, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; 
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the field of advisory/ research, preferably in the consulting industry: 
• Proficient in using MS Office;

A. Qualifications 
• BBA/ MBA (Finance) with a minimum CGPA of 3.30 from a reputed university: 
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Bengali and
English; 
• Strong analytical ability and relationship management skills; 
• Experience in relevant field or persuasion of relevant professional
degree will be considered as an added advantage. 


B. Duties and Responsibilities 

• Conduct economic and financial due diligence of projects; 

• Prepare feasibility report, information memorandum, financial model, agenda papers for approval of assigned projects; 

• Attend existing or prospective clients, maintain liaison with regulatory authority, multilateral institutions, co-financiers, etc. and 

• Ensure satisfactory reporting requirements and compliances of

regulatory authority, multilateral institutions, etc.

• Participate in setting/improving technical standards under IDCOL's Renewable Energy (RE) activities; 

• Participate in preparation of training materials under various RE projects; 

• Participate in technical appraisal of various RE projects; 

• Conduct field visit to assess technical performance of equipment's/products under RE projects; 

• Provide necessary training and technical advice to sponsors in development of RE projects; 

• Arrange meetings of the technical standards committee; 

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
