গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীন Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP)-এর আওতায় Bangladesh Association of Contact Center & Outsourcing (BACCO)-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology (IT), and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) সেক্টরে দক্ষ জনশক্তি গড়ার লক্ষ্যে সম্পূর্ণ সরকারি খরচে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা হবে। দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এর মাধ্যমে কর্মসংস্থানের উপযোগী করে তোলার লক্ষ্যে প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য বাংলাদেশের নাগরিকদের নিকট থেকে নিচে উল্লেখিত প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের নামের পাশে বর্ণিত কোর্সে ভর্তির জন্য আবেদনপত্র আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।

প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের জন্য সুযোগ-সুবিধা
প্রশিক্ষণ শেষে সফলতার সাথে উত্তীর্ণদের সনদপত্র প্রদান এবং কর্মসংস্থানে সহায়তা করা হবে।
প্রশিক্ষণে ন্যূনতম ৮০% উপস্থিতির ভিত্তিতে যাতায়াত ও আপ্যায়ন ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে।
ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত সাধারণ তথ্যাবলী
১। প্রশিক্ষণের মেয়াদ কাল: ২ মাস/২২০ ঘণ্টা।
২। প্রশিক্ষণার্থীর বাছাই পরীক্ষার নির্ধারিত তারিখ ও ক্লাস এর সময়সূচী উল্লেখিত প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে জানানো হবে।
৩। প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ক্লাস সংখ্যা ৫ দিন (প্রতিদিন ৪ ঘণ্টা)।
৪। নারী, ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠী, প্রতিবন্ধী, দরিদ্র ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিতদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
৫। প্রশিক্ষণার্থীর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও বয়স: ন্যূনতম স্নাতক বা ৪-বছর মেয়াদী ডিপ্লোমা (সম্পন্ন) এবং বয়স ২০ থেকে ৪০ বছর।
৬। একটি ব্যক্তি মাত্র একটি কোর্সে প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
৭। কোন ব্যক্তি SEIP/SICIP প্রোগ্রামের আওতায় পূর্বে কোনো কোর্সে অংশগ্রহণ করে থাকলে তার আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
