Bangladesh-China Technical Institute (BCTI) located at Kalapara, Patuakhali is looking for energetic and promising persons for immediate appointment on contractual basis to the following posts and inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals:

01	Instructor (Electrical Maintenance Works) Basic Salary: Tk. 52,000/-	01	(A) Bachelor of Technical Education/Engineering in relevant technology / engineering from any recognized institute with at least 2nd Class/Division or CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 2.50 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent. (B) At least 01 year' experience as Instructor at any Polytechnic/Technical School & College/Technical Training Center. Or (A) Diploma in Technical Education/Engineering in relevant technology / engineering from any recognized institute with at least 2nd Class/Division or CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 2.50 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent. (B) At least 05 years' experience as Junior Instructor/ Trade Instructor at any Polytechnic/Technical School & College/Technical Training Center. Preference will be given for the candidate having industrial experience and CBT&A Methodology Level-4/ equivalent Certificate or having passed the Teacher Registration Exam of NTRCA.	Age shall be maximum 35 (thirty-five) years as on 09.07.2026
02	Instructor (Physics) Basic Salary: Tk. 52,000/-	01	(A) At least Honors with Master's Degree in Physics from any recognized university with at least 2nd Class/Division or CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 2.50 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent. (B) At least 01 year' experience at any Secondary Level Vocational Institute/Technical School & College/Technical Training Center/High School. Preference will be given for the candidate having BEd/ MEd degree or having passed the Teacher Registration Exam of NTRCA.	Age shall be maximum 35 (thirty-five) years as on 09.07.2026
03	Lab Assistant (General Mechanics) Basic Salary: Tk. 18,000/-	01	(A) HSC (VOC.) in relevant trade from any recognized institute/Board with at least 2nd Class/ Division or CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 2.50 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent. (B) At least 02 years' experience in the relevant field as Lab Assistant. Or (A) SSC (VOC.) in relevant trade from any recognized institute/Board with at least 2nd Class/ Division or CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 2.50 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent. (B) At least 05 years' experience in the relevant field as Lab Assistant. Preference will be given for the candidate having industrial experience and at least NSC Level-1 certificate under NTVQF in relevant Occupation.	Age shall be maximum 32 (thirty-two) years as on 09.07.2026

Allowance & Benefits:

• a) Basic Salary, House Rent Allowance, Medical Reimbursement/Allowance, Festival Bonus, Gratuity and other Fringe Benefits & Allowances as per policy.

• b) Income Tax: To be paid by the employee.
